Introduce Student Loan Repayment Assistance

We are pleased to announce we’re offering Student Loan Repayment Assistance.

Together with tuition reimbursement, it provides a maximum education annual benefit of [$#,###] for eligible full-time employees. A reduced benefit amount is available for part-time employees.

Student Loan Repayment Assistance

Our company will pay up to [$#,###] per full-time employee per month from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 for an employee’s own student loans borrowed for their own education.

Loan payments made by employees for the education of other family members (e.g., parent PLUS loans) are not eligible for this repayment assistance benefit.

[Company Name] will use a platform called Co-Pay Partners® to administer this benefit for our employees.

Do you want to take advantage of this new benefit? In just a few steps, you can be on your way to reducing your student loan balance.

  • Start the process by completing the Student Loan Repayment Assistance Request [link to your enrollment form] form and emailing it to Human Resources to determine if you’re eligible to enroll for this benefit. Human Resources will notify you of your eligibility and let Co-Pay Partners know if you’re eligible.
  • Once you receive an email from Co-Pay Partners with enrollment instructions, provide the appropriate information about your student loan within the platform, including a copy of your most recent statement.
  • After you finish the enrollment process, your account details will be confirmed with your student loan servicer.
  • Each time a payment is made on your behalf, you’ll be notified by email.

We’re pleased to announce we’re offering several student loan repayment benefits. We’ve partnered with Ascendium, a trusted source for student loan expertise, to bring you the following.

Up to $#,### in Annual Education Benefits

Our company will pay up to [$#,###] per full-time employee per month from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 for an employee’s own student loans borrowed for their own education, or for tuition reimbursement. [A modified amount is available for part-time employees.] Loan payments made for the education of other family members (e.g., parent PLUS loans) are not eligible for this benefit.
